How do I get an insurance quote?
Do I have to come into your office?
Everything can be done over the phone and online, but if you prefer, we always welcome customers at both of our office locations by appointment!
Do I pay you or the carrier?
You pay the carrier directly. Automatic payments can be set up at the time of purchase (and it can provide a discount!).
How do I change my current policy?
Please get in touch with us. We want to make sure you have the coverage you need at the best price.

What is an umbrella policy?
An umbrella policy offers excess liability coverage that sits over top of all other products/policies to guard against catastrophic liability losses.
What happens when my policy term comes to an end?
30 days prior to your renewal date, the insurance carrier will send out updated documents with ID cards, premium and billing information. If we notice an increase, the agent will shop your renewal and let the policyholder know!
When switching to Provision, will you cancel my existing policy or do I have to?
Upon switching to Provision Insurance Group, you will have to cancel your prior policy as we can’t do that on your behalf. Often a signature will be required on a cancellation form sent by your prior carrier.
How do you come up with the replacement cost for my home?
Each carrier uses an RCE (replacement cost estimator) which the agent keys in pertinent information about your home such as, year built, square footage, building materials and style.
Where can I find my current declarations pages, and what are those?
Please ask your current insurance carrier or agent. They can provide your declarations page which is a summary of your coverages.
How do I make a claim?
Please contact your insurance carrier directly if you have a claim and they will advise you on the best plan of action.
